These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how payments, billing, and related financial processes are handled when you purchase products through our website https://comme-des-garcons-japan.com.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

This email serves as proof of your purchase and includes your billing details, delivery address, and itemized costs.

If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team at support@seoi2.sg-host.com.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices listed on our website are displayed in JPY and include applicable Japanese consumption tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
For international orders, local import duties, customs fees, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected by later price adjustments.

5. Currency Conversion

If your card or account is held in a different currency, the final amount charged will depend on your bank’s exchange rate and may include additional international transaction fees.
Comme des Garçons Japan is not responsible for any bank-imposed conversion fees.

7. Invoices and Receipts

Official invoices are automatically issued once payment is processed.
If you require a tax invoice (適格請求書) or custom receipt, please contact our billing department with your order number.

8. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
